Residual Web Traffic System
The Complete Story on this System
Recently I was conducting some research on traffic exchanges and how they work for an article I am writing. I am a small business owner and was also looking for an affordable way to generate traffic for my site without spending a fortune or wasting away my life clicking on other peoples sites. During my investigation I started to make the realization that I could in fact create a method to get permanent residual traffic for no money and very little time. I have also read and observed several similar ideas but none as thorough, effective or detailed as mine. When I first put my business online I did everything by the book. I had validated code used sitemaps and search engine submissions as well as trying to include all of the best SEO & Traffic getting tips out there but I was still only getting around 5-10 hits per day. Sound familiar? Well there is something you can do about it now. Simply follow this step by step system and you too can receive mass traffic for your site. There is nothing to buy, just a small investment of time on your part with this sytem to create residual traffic for your site. Im sure you know that nothing is free, especially on the internet but you too can get this traffic burst by investing your time. Use as many of the links as you want but the more you use the more of a result you will see.
Systems similar to this suggest creating/lisitng 2 pages to receive the hits youve earned on each site you register at. One that is page like this, and one that is your real business you are trying to get the traffic for. While this is a good concept at first I would only publish your traffic sign-up refferal page. The reason for this is because you want to get as many page views as possible for building your downline of residual traffic. You want to for awhile anyway roll over all of your earned traffic into building your downline. Once you have created a fair amount of residual traffic you can then enter your businesses site to promote. After your residual traffic starts flowing all you will have to do is login to each program once a month to keep your account active and you will receive free traffic as long as you keep doing this because you will get a percentage of hits that your downline is getting. After a while you wont have to click at all!
Getting Started: To begin sign up for any of the programs listed below and create an account. Once you have your account activated surf to get at least 100 credits (visits) built up. After you have stashed up the credits create a page just like this one with your refferal ID’s and post the page to each site you have an account on. If you dont have a site to use then you can use the free splash page provided by Traffic Tornado or one of the other sites.
.
About the sites: Some of these sites have requirements such as- You must surf 100 sites to activate your account so pay close attention to the details of each site you register on. Some also offer hit bonuses for completing a specific number of hits, these are the ones you want to target for more hits. On some sites you can transfer credits into banner impressions as well if that is the method of advertising you prefer. The very page you are reading is free copy. You have my express permission to copy everything on this page- System details included into your very own page so you wont have to write anything. Just remember to change the refferal ID’s in the links. All I ask if you do use this copy is to place a link back to the main page of my site: http://www.mapzone.net
Hits vs Visitors: There is one important thing you need to know about this factor and this will help you decide which sites are the most beneficial to you. Alot of these surf for traffic sites give you credits or hits for your clicking and alot of people get upset when they dont see the number of visits matching the number of hits they were supposed to receive. This is kind of misleading so I will explain it in detail here how this works because most of these sites will not explain it to you and keep this information stashed away in the small print area.
First lets define each:
Visit/Visitor: A unique visit to your site or page from a user on a computer. Unfortunately this also includes search engine robots and other types of website seeking devices including but not limited to Google images, Alexa and other similar scanning bots which gather statistics.
Hit: An HTTP request. A webpage is composed of objects, code and images usually. Each item in a page needs an HTTP request to be displayed on the page. So if you have say 3 images, 1 javascript and 1 CSS file needed to display your page the total number of HTTP requests (Hits) would be 6 because the HTML or PHP page itself is counted as well. This is why alot of people think they are getting less hits than they should. Example: You purchase 1000 “hits” for your page. They analyze the page and see it needs 6 HTTP requests to display the entire page. They take 1000 and divide it by 6 and get 166.6 so in reality they only have to send 166.6 visitors to your page to fulfill their obligation. Always verify if you will be getting hits or visits, as you can see there is a huge difference.
Splash pages: There are several benefits of using a Splash page. It is typically one HTTP request, just the html file itself with plain text so you get an actual one hit=one visitor ratio. It also consumes an extremely low amount of bandwidth which is a bonus although it can tend to be very plain looking. If you dont have access to a site you can get a Splash page for free at Traffic Tornado that you can build yourself and add your own links.
If you are going to use a page you made yourself analyze the page here: WebSiteOptimization.com. Make sure you have the minimal HTTP requests and a low load time for your page to get your point across and still have a decent looking page. This page has a total of 6 HTTP requests and although I could reduce it even further I am also promoting my site so I want the look to be similar to my other pages but if you look at my index page you can see I have removed some items here. The load time is under 8 seconds on a 56K modem so that is excellent. Remeber the tip above about Hits vs Visitors.
How to Surf: For the best results and to make it easy I would suggest using Firefox primarily because of tabbed browsing. You can download it here if you dont have it already. Once you have created the accounts make sure you bookmark the entry page for each site so you can login easily. I used the password/login option in Firefox to remember the logins, to make it even easier. Once you have all of the sites you are going to use bookmarked you should organize them for easy and quick access.
Organizing Bookmarks: Open Firefox and go to “bookmarks” then “manage bookmarks” It is easier to surf a set number of sites at a time so try to group them. Surfing more than 5 at a time can be a bit too much depending on your computer and connection, if you surf 5 at a time you will be able to keep cycling through the tabs and getting clicks. This example is based on using 10 sites: Create bookmark folders named surf1 and surf2. Open 5 tabs in Firefox then in each tab go to the entry page of a click for traffic site. Now in Firefox click on “Bookmarks” then click on “Bookmark All Tabs”, select the folder you want (surf1 or surf2) and when you click “ok” it will save this tab array. Now when you want to surf these 5 sites all you have to do is click on the bookmark folder which contains the sites you want to access then at the bottom of the list click on “Open in Tabs”. This will open all 5 of the sites in their own tab at once without having to go to each site seperately.
Now that you have your bookmarks organized there is one more step in making it easier to cycle through the tabs. With Firefoxs’ default tab system you have to click on each tab to be able to view the site that is open in it. This requires alot of mouse movement so dont you think it would be easier and quicker if you could use a keyboard keystroke to cycle through the tabs? Well now you can, a workshop in a mess has released a Firefox extension named SwiftTabs that will allow you to assign 3 keyboard shortcuts, one to cycle foreward, one backward and one to close a tab. In order for the SwiftTabs Firefox extension to work you will also need to install the extension Right Encoding from the same site if your version of Firefox is above v1.0. You should install both of these Firefox extensions and then to assign the keys you want to use, in Firefox go to “Tools”, then click on “Extensions”, click on the SwiftTabs extension to highlight it, then click on “Options”. A box will open where you can assign the keys you want. Remember to try to use unused keys. I have seen several sites where they offer this Firefox extension only to paid members or members who have a certain status. Well now you can get it here free!
More Tips: This sytem works with just about any type of downline building, including getting paid cash for refferals. Though these sites arent covered in this system they are out there. You can also skip the clicking part of this system if you have the cash to spare. All of these sites offer paid memberships as well where you get a set amount of hits/credits per month or for a one time purchase. If you do go the paid route I would estimate for the sites I have listed above would cost you an average of $100-$120 to get started and the same cost each month. So its your choice, you can click and get it free or pay for it. In the end its not the amount of hits you are earning that makes the difference its the residual effect you will create by rolling over your free hits to build your downline.
You should also from time to time evaluate each program as you go and prioritize them acording to response. You dont want to waste you time with ones that are not producing any results. Stick with the best ones that are working for you. In fact you may decide that some arent right for you but thats OK. My list will continue to grow and you can come back and check out the new ones as time goes on.
Should I do it now?
In my experiences on the internet things like this can come and go overnight and they change. While right now it is still a hot trend it may slowly fizzle out and/or changes will be made to these programs. Click ratios could be increased in their favor, prices can go up with demand and of course some will disappear. Get in on the action now while it still exisits and is free, what do you have to lose?
